Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a small bowl and use a fork to whisk them together with some salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Watch carefully — the butter shouldn't turn brown!
- Pour the eggs into the skillet and stir for 1–2 minutes, until they are creamy and cooked just the way you like them. Remember that the eggs will still be cooking even after you've put them on your plate.

Thank you!
Yes. :)
Yes, in reasonable amounts ...
there is a website called Carbmanager. It will import recipes from any URL where you can edit them easily. I have my entire day planned even snack. It takes a bit a time to plan a day, so you have to really make time to work on it. That is the part that is hard for me, but I am making time to succeed.
I'm not a fan of salt.
Do I have to eat it.
Also can I just drink black coffee with a sweetner.
Am I eating too much protein?
Am I eating too much protein?
I will continue my 2 weeks trial and stick to it and see how it goes.
Any comment will be much appreciated.
Good luck everyone.
@Mustafa Telawi - You can add what ever you like to it. This program just gives you an exemple of how it could look like your meals. You can change what ever you feel like, between them, get one out, do what ever fits you best. As long as you do not go above the 20-25g of carba /day, you will be fine.
"@" About the weight gain while keto. It does happen. The reasons? Well, many.. 1. could be that you do not drink enough water and so you retain liquid in your tissues. 2. You could have been eating more calories then usual. 3. You started to go to gym and therefor you put some muscle, 4. You eat to much proteins without working out to get rid of the glucose. 5. You may be binging on foods or nuts without realising.. There are many reasons for weight gain in keto, you just need to drink lots of water, plan your meals for the day and make sure you do not go to far with either the carbs nor the calories, and ofc the most important, do not give up.
As long as you eat healthy, your body will bit by bit get rid of the toxins in your body, and once that happens, you'll start to see the drops. Just take it step by step.
And if keto is not enough, incorporate IF. After that lower the eating period until you find the perfect fit for you. Your body will react to it and start to act for it's recovery.
Just don't give up. It's easy to give up. Dont
Both way works. :)

I am starting Sunday (scared) but going to give it a try. I have two questions for anyone to answer please:
1. Can we add salmon or spinach to the scrambled eggs? In the Day 1 of the first week it doesn't have the TIP to add things to it, so is it ok if you are doing the Challenge?
2. Where can we post general questions about the program? I am struggling with how to create a meal that isn't on the recipe list...how much fat, versus protein, versus carbs?
Thank you so much,
Kristen
Generally, a good keto meal will be 5% carbs, 20-25% protein and 70-75% fat.
Is this the only place you can post questions? I sent one of the panel providers a question and got a bounce back.
Thank you
Kristen

There aren't great across the board substitutions; it may depend on the recipe.
This way, the butter is perfectly incorporated to the eggs, and it's absolutely delicious. You can even add creme fraiche when the eggs are ready.
Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsey have YouTube videos about that.

Yes!
Here is a link to our guide on fruits. For most people on keto, fruit other than berries will be too high carb and have too much fructose.
